“Clean and responsive”

“Beautiful house, right on the beach, which is very clean and pretty deserted, except for some quads and jeeps (WHO looks at a pristine beach and says to themselves, yes I should go roaring over the sand with a lot of noise and stink? Just wondering). Shells abound. The water tank was enough for our family of 6, being very frugal, for our stay of 7 days. Electricity was never a problem. Heater was nice at this time of year. The Queen bed in the loft was a bit hard, we were glad to have a topper……

“Amazing views and quite almost empty beach. The water is warm and clean with very little to disturb you. The house is well equipped and had plenty of towels for sandy feet, very very comfortable mattresses. The area is secluded but just what we were after, close enough to San Felipe and yummy places to eat. Would definitely stay again!”

“The house was amazing, very confortable and clean, we found everything we need in the kitchen to prepare food, bedrooms and restrooms were clean and confortable. The access to the beach it was a little complicated for the old members of my family however there are few free beaches near and we decided to go there with the cars and explore the area. The sea was warm and very clean as well. I recommend this place. (Some areas in the complex are still in development and construction but it doesn't……

“We stayed at Casa Del Mar this past weekend. The house was in excellent condition, well equipped, clean, and comfortable. It is located on the second row from the sea, just a minute’s walk to the beach, with nearby steps leading down to the water. From the third-floor terrace there is a beautiful view of San Felipe and the ocean, a perfect spot to relax and spend time together. Communication with the host was quick and easy, and we had no issues at all. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to……
