“Despite the record heat, the AC kept the cabin cool and the lake was a great way to cool off outside. Loved the historic but well equipped kitchen. The only comment would be there is no internet or cell service. But for me that is a plus.”

“Visited Phillips for a wedding so we were there just overnight HOWEVER, I would love to book this cabin for a longer stay. Beautiful property inside and out. ”

“We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and clean, very comfortable! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and even though there was no A/C, there were ceiling fans and other fans to keep it cool enough. Overall it was a very nice place. ”

“We had a great time! We were originally planning to go tent camping and due to thunderstorms in the forecast we canceled that reservation and found this cabin available. We are SO glad we did! The cabin is small but very much everything we needed. Yes there were cobwebs and spiders and the cabin is not fully updated but truthfully, I believe if it was - the charm would be lost! I believe the owners live across the way in a home on the property and they were kind enough to provide us with dry……
