“We were in town for a family gathering and this place fit the bill. There were 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and pet friendly. I highly recommend. I didn’t have any contact after checking in because everything was set for us. We will be back! This is an annual trip so hope to stay again next year! Thank you to a great host! ”

“This home is exactly as pictured. Very clean and everything was new. The home has everything you need, kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and utensils. The screened in porch provides a nice relaxing space for your morning coffee. There were so many extra touches to make you feel welcome. The organic homemade sourdough bread was amazing! Communication with the host was terrific, he reached out the day of check-in. There was a brief power outage as Duke energy was working just outside……

“We were in town for a long wedding weekend. With a one year old we opted to do a home environment. It was “the one”. She loved the screened porch. The wildlife was fun to watch. Multiple squirrels, birds and we even saw a small deer. Walking distance to great little pubs and kid friendly food. Downtown Waxhaw is a delight. Beds were comfortable and every possible thing you could need was thought of. Even Tony’s. Down south people know what this is. Overall I wish we had a few extra days to……

“The home is in a great location for Quail Hollow golf course PGA event. PGA parking/shuttle location less than 10 min from house. House was very clean and the surrounding area is safe. The area is built into a golf course so plenty of greenspace. lots of shopping near the home and some nice restaurants within 1.3 miles. The home is only 1 full bathroom upstairs and the two upstairs bedrooms share the jack and jill bathroom. The house has a half bath down stairs. The home had issues with……
