“This lovely villa is like home from home. Very well equipped and comfortable. Pool is lovely... Clean and a good size for cool dips in the hot sun. Garden has shaded areas too. Information provided useful details and all communication was helpful and prompt. A Lidl is within a 5min walk meaning this is great if you don't have a car. Villa was clean and spacious and some great extras such as books and playing cards and pool toys which we didn't use as had brought ours but a thoughtful addition.……

“Unser Aufenthalt in Espéraza war sehr schön, vor allem das Haus war ein toller, angenehmer Ort, um zu entspannen. Auch der Pool bietet einem die Möglichkeit zu entspannen und hat die perfekte Höhe, um z. B. Ball zu spielen. Auch die Umgebung hat uns viele Optionen geboten, der Markt in Espéraza, eine wunderschöne Natur, Kanufahren und viele kleine alte Dörfer. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung!”

“Très bonne communication avec Nicolas qui se rend très disponible. Sa maison est super, propre, très fonctionnelle , décorée et aménagée avec goût. Le jardin est très agréable. Dommage qu'on ait pas pu en profiter plus à cause de la météo Petite attention : piscine non protégée / totalement accessible pour les enfants sans surveillance. Il faut garder un œil pour les moins de 7 ans Mais avec du soleil et des bonnes températures, on y est vraiment bien! Les aménagements extérieurs sont top .A 15……

“An absolute gem of a property. The house is in the midst of beautiful grapevines and countryside, so its an opportunity to totally relax in the most wonderful setting (and house), with restaurants and bars a 10 minute walk away. The house is fully stocked with the latest gadgets and the rooms are perfect. Our host Cedric, was so accommodating, helpful and friendly - we couldn't have asked for more. I would (and hopefully will) return in a hearbeat!”

“Great place to stay. Kim and Duncan are friendly and welcoming hosts. Always responsive to anything we needed. The house is mostly on one level with plenty of space. Comfortable beds and furniture. The houses was peaceful and surrounded by nature. It was also an ideal location for the Cathar castles we were visiting. The pool was warm and very nice to use. It is well looked after. “One week off with the family to explore region between Carcassone and Toulouse in October. The house is just 15min west of Carcassone and easy to reach. The pool and its pool house (with kitchen, shower, WC) is certainly great during hot summers but less useful in later October. Helene, the owner, was of great support when we arrived - no issues with communication. The house itself is divided into the part for rental and a second part which is used for storage.
