“Our trip to Ararat was short and wanted to Arpita had the perfect gateway for it. The place was nice and cozy. We were the first guest in the brand new house. Was close to shopping centres and cafes! So would recommend it to anyone. ”

“This was a bit of a strange place. Not maintained, very old, lots of things didnt work. Shower sprays in all different directions, fountain and spa are out of order, some lights didnt have light bulbs or didnt work and the furniture was out dated and the kitchen was awkward and hard to use. Overall, it was ok but I wouldnt return.”

“Nice and quiet. Close to town center and the hospital which is why we were there...Beds were comfortable, so I was able to get some good night's sleep. Suggest they provide a kitchen sink plug and a tea towel though and a working clothes dryer. The Host replied to my queries promptly which was great. ”

“This property (with three rentals) is incredibly delightful. Each cottage is very separate with views looking in different directions which gave us a 100% feel of being the only ones there. The cottages have been beautifully built and furnished with everything you could need. We were there in the middle of winter. There was an open fire but you do need to run the reverse cycle all the time as well as the ceilings are high and a lof heat goes up there - but it's incredibly atmospheric. Electric……
