The room was reached by lift or stairs and was serviced daily by the delightful team members who were friendly and very efficient. “An exceptional property and 5 star service at every level. The spa is a beautiful oasis, all staff went above and beyond in all departments. I arranged for a direct transfer from the airport to the hotel and it was worth every penny after a long journey from Canada. The drivers who work with the hotel are amazing. The breakfast options are fresh and plentiful, and the service was excellent. Gozo is a beautiful island and I highly recommend a stay at the Kempinski. 10/10 will absolutely return. ”

“This was a Brand new quality hotel, inside and outside. To be honest I have some issues I can not rate above 5 stars. Excellent breakfast too. Just tell team which kind of coffee you want! I recommend it without any hesitation. And I also recommend visiting Gozo for 2 days with a rental car.
