“Siamo arrivati in un periodo molto freddo ,ma l'hotel era caldo e accogliente in quanto tutto il pavimento dell'hotel si riscalda. Le lenziola e gli asciugamani sono puliti e profumano. “We read the reviews for the property and we were exited. Upon check-in we given room 401 ( third floor, no lift) first thing we noticed is the sewage smell from the bathroom, and one of the lights didn't work as well the TV, the room was the size of a single room, and a tiny window on the top that you couldn't look through it, the curtain didn't cover it fully and the light came very early, so we woke up very early, the size of the bathroom was very small, and the shower head was on the wrong……

“Beautiful Hotel very close to center of the city. Staff is very friendly and Yes, they do speak English. All you have to do is ask and they recommend something, and it is spot on.
