“Was in town with extended family for a funeral, so large age range of people. We booked this house due to the size and number of bedrooms. The house had everything we needed. From high chair, to cooking items, plenty of coffee, towels, everything. Jim communicated well and the check in and out were flawless. The house is decorated very unique to showcase its history. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and even had a bear cruise by. The yard is very large and fenced in so the dogs could roam. We……

“The living area and the main bedroom were huge. Plenty of space to keep our gear out of the way. Off street parking for our Jeep, trailer and dirt bikes. Closed off (but not fenced) yard for our dog. We have stayed in many, many rentals in Lake City over the past 25 years and this cabin was one of the best values. We rented from this property manager last year and I already have another one of their properties picked out for next year. ”

“Great house. Beautiful location. Scenery and access to the lake is amazing. Would be nice to have use of kayaks or a canoe since the property already has a dock. The house could use a "deep cleaning" to clear cobwebs and dust. We had a great week in a beautiful house!”
