“Everything was brilliant, the staff and the rooms- abolsutely loved it. There was significant building work going on during our stay, but we hardly noticed it! ”

“The hotel was clean and conveniently located. But, the real stand out was the staff. Especially Lorena. She helped me get to the airport on time when j had a tricky situation with the taxi. The customer service was awesome and really made me feel welcome and we'll cared for. Other reception staff (whose names I didn't catch), both at checkin and checkout were equally friendly and helpful ”
