“The place is so clean and comfortable. It's very quiet and peaceful to get away from the everyday hustle. Very few cars on the road so no worry about anything keeping you awake at night. Very comfortable beds and everything you can need to cook. Grill, pots and pans, and seasonings all provided. Great communication from the host and an overall good experience. “In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on. The bathroom needs a light over the sink. 2) There is a noticeable musty smell, as is common with basement space; there are dehumidifiers running so this might……

We had so many fun things to do in the area and it was such a nice place to come back to each day. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!”

“We found the quiet and surrounding farm truly relaxing. Even though we drove sixty miles roundtrip each day, the drive was beautiful and relaxing. The only negative was the wifi being intermittent and the listed password was inaccurate. Overall, a good week.”
