“We were there in the off season. Very clean and well appointed.”

“Pro’s; home was very clean and ready upon arrival. All appliances inside and out were in working order, convenient and easy to use. Furniture and bedding was clean, comfortable and well organized. Home was well appointed with ample furniture and amenities. Very comfortable. Cons; outdoor pool area had quite a few weeds growing around the perimeter of the yard. Two of the three upstairs bedrooms did not have a dresser to store clothes in drawers. Water pressure in the upstairs bathroom sink……

“We really loved our stay here!! My wife is a huge Jersey Shore TV show fan and wanted to check this place out when we were in Jersey for a funeral. Our last couple days we stayed here and the steps away to the board walk was perfect. The environment and cleanliness was great. The host were such nice people that the locals happen to know the family. So it was super awesome to connect with the locals. If you are heading to Jersey shore you have to give this place a stay we will definitely come……

“Daniel's cottage is spacious (certainly for one person), clean, and well located, just a short walk into town or to the beach. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and everything went smoothly. Beach badges a major plus! Would definitely stay there again.”

“The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund.”
