“Had difficulty when I arrived because they did not give me the code. Security had to work with me to call the office to get the proper code which took almost 30mins. Aside from that the stay was great, felt safe, property was great . ”

“I'll begin with why our overall score is good vs excellent (but do read to the end!): we arrived slightly ahead of schedule and waited over an hour (even with our calling) to be picked up by the driver we had arranged for with Las Clementinas. It was frustrating.Taxis came and went; we waited, not knowing what a taxi would charge us. “A truly beautiful location and facility But never once answered my emails Front desk was disinterested to the point of trying to avoid any communication The room obviously had a flood. There was mold in various locations in the unit and even in the ceiling lights. The shower/bathroom glass was very dirty. There were very limited kitchen items- no spatulas or coffee mugs and very little to cook with. We really enjoyed the general areas of the hotel but the unit was definitely disappointing. I……
