“We stayed for a week on the 4th floor half of us in premium and and other half in panoramic apartments in the block where front desk/reception is situated. The staff are what makes this place so good! “All servigroup hotels are of a high service and work to a formular that works well, this hotel is no different but please be aware it is right opposite a bar called morgans which is one of the busiest along the famous benidorm strip ! So the noise at night is constant, people shouting and laughing as they come out up to 5am! If your light sleeper its definitely not for you!!!
