“The location of this apartment cannot be beat. Located in a quiet neighborhood, right on a canal. We loved having our morning coffee in the private courtyard, watching the random boats go by. It was away from the noise and touristy parts of Venice but an easy walk to all the popular spots. Nice 2 bedroom with a full kitchen. It has everything you can possibly need. Having stayed in a lot of VRBOs and airbnbs, this was a well stocked and well thought out rental. Jackie and the property management……

“stedet var kjempekoselig. Fin hage, må være herlig der om sommeren. Nær båten, så lett å reise rundt i hele Venetia derfra. En følte seg riktig i Italia i det nabolaget der. Vertinne var fantastisk, hvis det var et eller annet var det bare å spørre og det ble ordnet. Masse utstyr så lett å lage mat og kose seg. Stedet kan absolut anbefales !”

“Finger weg von dieser Unterkunft! Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen nicht im Geringsten der wahren Verhältnisse. Das Appartement ist dunkel und klein. Die Küche ist kaputt und die Betten sind modrig und verfleckt. Es gibt weder einen Kühlschrank, WLAN oder einen Fernseher. Extrem unhygienische Zustände inner- sowie außerhalb der Wohnung. Müll und Kot um die ganze Anlage herum, sowie unqualifiziertes Personal. Jeder Cent ist zuviel. Wir waren unendlich enttäuscht. ”

“The apartment is an excellent location for a visit to Venice. It is away from the crowds just far enough to access easily by boat, with an incredible view across the canal. There are plenty of restaurants and historic buildings on the island itself. The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious and well equiped. We would definitely return!”
