“We had a great stay in Cave Springs. The house was comfortable and the neighbhood was peaceful. It's off the beaten path but had anything you could want within a 20 minute drive. There was great communication throughout our stay and check-in/check-out couldn't have been easier.”

“We have stayed at 6 different properties on Beaver Lake and we are all in agreement that this is our new number 1! The view and proximity to the water cannot be beat! The lake was high during our stay so most of the private beach area was submerged but it really had little effect on our experience. The owners provided kayaks, chairs, a Lilly pad, rafts, and more! We enjoyed fires in the fire pit twice. Check in and communication was easy peasy. Beds were comfortable other than the primary room,……

“Great views, lovely staff. Our room had a window in the shower that allowed others in the room to see in but otherwise the room was great. The balcony was shared amongst three rooms which could make for great talks with the fellow guests or great for a family to have a larger gathering place. ”

I look forward to going back to Arkansas just so I can stay there again. I don't think I have ever stayed anywhere with such a marvelous host.”
