“This house was very nice, and the manager was responsive, but there were a few things that were annoying. First, the basement was very cold, and the thermostat was not working, so I had to message the manager. He replied there were heaters in the rooms to use, but in the morning, my friends who stayed in a couple of the rooms said their heaters were not working, and they had to get extra blankets. Second, we wanted to play ping pong, but we couldn’t find ping pong balls anywhere. I had to……
