Really well laid out and very well kept with a barbecue on the terrace. In terms of location it's quite good. 20 mins from split airport but not under the flight path. “When we booked this was rated as 4-star. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and nice friendly owners, but 4-star it isn't. We were also lead to believe that it was in walking distance of various restaurants but there was nothing - the nearby hotel had a beach bar/restaurant but that closed for the season during our stay (in September?). Views over a building site! The photos on the Villa's website include several that are actually of the mentioned hotel, not Villa Nico and it's own facilities.”

“Lovely property. Great spot on the edge of the old centre. Literally 5mins walk to everything you’d need. The see-through privacy curtain and glass sliding door to the shower room/toilet won’t be for everyone, but otherwise it was ace. We came from a 3/4* hotel room on Hvar to this. And would say this was nicer. ”

“Efter en veckas segling landade vi (7st) i härliga Trogir och fick ett väldigt varmt välkomnande av familjen som driver Vinko. Kall dryck serverades och vi blev inbjudna till att när som helst knacka på om vi hade frågor. 100 m till fin strand och ca 500 m till Trogirs gamla stad med mysiga gränder, massor av restauranger mm. Se bara till att ni kommer till rätt adress (Put Gradine 18) då kartnålen visar ett annat ställe. Mäktigt också när flygen som landar på Splits flygplats passerar nära. Vi……

“Location!!!! 3 minute walk to Diocletian Palace. Apartment is small but is has what is needed. Several options for restaurants nearby. ”

“We stayed in the one bedroom unit. It was essentially a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom, so not big but perfect for what we needed. The location was fantastic, in the heart of the old town with everything at your door step. You couldnt get a better spot for your stay and it was safe and quiet too. Added bonus were all the little extras such as biscuits, toothpaste and sunblock. I would definitely recommend this.”

“Had a bit of difficulty in finding at first but was shown by locals. Met the owner when arrived showed us around and answered questions. The internet was very poor and the TV had only one local station. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony had the sun on all day. It was very central for the Old town and the bus station is a 10 min walk. We used it to go to Trogir €4 each and Stobrec €2. It was ideal for the Airport €3. There was a park a street down.
