“We had a nice stay at this apartment, which we chose mainly due to its location and also because it allows pets. Reservation, check in and checkout ran smoothly. The host was attentive and prompt to communicate with us. Charming downtown Naples and all the beautiful beaches are just a stone throw away from the property. The swimming pool at the facility turned out to be a plus. We recommend this apartment. ”

The ad said newly renovated but inquired if there was a full kitchen as saw no refrigerator in pictures and was told cleaning crew was there til 4pm if we got there early to put our things in the garage. There was NO garage or house numbers. Knocked on neighbors door and was told nobody has been the unit while she was there and no cleaning crew was there. Owner did not tell us until 4 pm how to enter using a lock box.……
