Holiday home Impériale is a complete villa with a large private pool and optimal privacy on a vast area (13,500m2) with roses, oleanders, rosemary, palms and olive trees. The villa is quietly situated on a hill on the edge of the village with a breathtaking view over the vineyards and adjacent to a nature reserve. There is no long-distance traffic.
Villa Impérale is suitable for six people and has three bedrooms, one bathroom with bath, toilet and shower, a separate toilet and air conditioning. Cébazan is a small wine village with around 500 inhabitants. Within walking distance of the villa is a bakery where you can get your fresh baguette in the morning. The villa is located near the pleasant wine village of Saint Chinian with various restaurants, an attractive market that takes place twice a week, a supermarket and numerous wine caves. Only 4.5 km by car or 2.5 km on foot through the forest and vineyards.
During the day you can relax in the sun on the comfortable loungers at the edge of the swimming pool with walk-in stairs or in the shade of a covered terrace. There is an outdoor kitchen by the pool with an electric bbq and a refrigerator. A nice cold drink is always within reach. When the sun goes down you can enjoy the clear starry sky.
Marked nature walks can be made directly from the house. Cyclists and mountain bikers can also indulge themselves in the area. In the vicinity there is an opportunity to rent canoes, go horseback riding, play golf or take a boat trip on the famous Canal du Midi. Interesting Cathar towns such as Beziers, Narbonne and Carcassonne are also well worth a visit.
The coast with extensive beaches and nice fish restaurants can be reached within half an hour.
Beziers airport is 42 km away.
