“Really enjoyed the stay at the Parrot Resort. It was close to town but quiet at night. Very peaceful and relaxing. Enjoyed interacting with the Parrots. The staff was very nice and helpful. The resort was very clean and well taken care of by the owner. Would recommend to all. My wife and I had a great time. ”

“We dine in for lunch since we arrived noon. We order Texas Burger. The burger was good but disappointing because they have beets in the burger. The pepperoni pizza is ok not as good as Landers or Shakeys. Good thing I brought my hair dryer they don’t have one in the room. When I told the staff he said I have to call. No wash rug and hand towel either. They just provide a bath towel. ”

“I would highly recommend the honeymoon suite. See my other review of the property. Toilet was leaking onto the floor but I did not report it because it did not bother me. Water pressure was ok and internet was spotty. Aside from the cons, the staff was great and the food was reasonable. CAUTION: Bring lots of cash. They are CASH ONLY hotel. The other option was wire transfer or PayPal. ”
