冷蔵庫が壊れていた。 バスルームとトイレに仕切りがないので シャワー浴びたらトイレもびしょ濡れになります。 各フロアにウォーターサーバーがありますが常温でおいしくない。

There was just something about this hotel that made me feel uncomfortable. It wasn’t any one major thing but a whole list of little annoyances that added up. For example, wet shower, water dispenser on the floor offering cold and hot water with a plug but no electrical outlet, a pool not yet built with no apparent construction happening, a charge of 55 pesos for a bucket of ice, a way over zealous staff….just way too many people hanging around and a bar fridge in the room that was warmer than the room itself (front desk told me it wasn’t a fridge but rather a chiller…okay, but the yogurt we bought to store inside was warm after two days …and yes it was plugged in as the light came on inside when you opened the door and there are no internal or external controls.

とても綺麗だし、フロントスタッフもとても親切でした。夜中のチェックアウトでしたが２４時間フロントもやっているのでスムーズにできました。朝食は一度しか食べれなかったけど、一階のレストランでとっても美味しかったです。サービスもとても良かったです。タクシーもホテル前の道路をよく走っているのですぐにつかまります。歩いてショッピングモールにも行けました。

Great, affordable hotel! The staff were friendly, the rooms and facilities were great, and the hotel is located close to all the major sites in the center of Cebu. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it.

I really liked this hotel. Stayed in Cebu for a month. Used this as my home base while traveling around to some different locations. The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant had good good. I was really impressed with the free breakfast also. Not some garbage buffet, they actually serve you like a regular restaurant and you order which breakfast you want. All of the staff at the hotel are super friendly and courteous. The door men at the front will help you with whatever you need. And the cleaning crew was awesome. They kept my room spotless and well kept every day. On a few occasions i slept in really late, well past when housekeeping came through. They always came back and tidied up my room after i was out of the room for the day. I really appreciated this. The hotel is located pretty much right in the center of the city. It's a little bit of a drive to get to the beach, between 30 and 45 minutes depending on traffic. But it's really convenient to get anywhere. Grabs and taxis are always ready to go. I would happily book this hotel again.
