“Our stay was great.We were there for a week with 9 people.The property is huge, so everyone could find a quiet spot to relax.If you enjoy seclusion, this is the perfect place to stay.The last stretch to the property is a bit challenging, but definitely doable :)The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute drive away.I highly recommend a trip to Sperlonga – a breathtaking town on a hill right by the coast.Communication with the hosts was excellent at all times.Any questions we had were answered……

“Era il mio sogno da sempre. Una casa sulla spiaggia, la musica del mare a cullare la notte e il risveglio. La definisco un'esperienza sensoriale che andrebbe vissuta una volta nella vita. Per quanto riguarda la casa è esattamente come nelle foto con uno dei bagni migliorato avendo sostituito vasca con doccia grande. Letti comodi, meraviglioso mangiare in veranda, c'è tutto quello che serve per una vacanza all'insegna del contatto con la natura, molto apprezzato i lettini e ombrelloni. La cucina……

“The apartment is small but fully functional - perfect for a couple getting away for a few days! The shower was exceptionally nice. It felt like the apartment had just been refurbished, with a new stove, bathroom, and TV. The stairs leading to the apartment are VERY steep - if you have mobility issues or balance trouble it would be very difficult for you to get into this apartment. Sperlonga itself is gorgeous, I love that we were staying in Old Sperlonga, so we could really see the history and……

“The place is great. Lots of space. It has two balconies and one rooftop terrace. They all have incredible views. The rooftop terrace is large with seating and a table large enough for our family to have meals at. We’ve been to Sperlonga three times. This is the first time we stayed here - but we are staying every time we come back from now on. Really tough to beat the views. It’s near the top of the hill - so a very short walk to dining and shopping. The walk down to the beach isn’t bad at all.……

La casa è molto bella, arredata in modo particolare che trasmette belle vibrazioni e un ambiente rilassato in cui la condivisione degli spazi è centrale. Troverete tutto quello che vi servirà, non manca nessun servizio, dalla cucina completamente organizzata allo spazio esterno. La signora Alessandra è stata super disponibile per le poche volte che abbiamo avuto delle domande da porle. Abbiamo passato una bella settimana. Senza dubbio……
