On arrival, don’t follow map directions from app: they took us to train station (Casale Etrusco, to use name of establishment, is located at beginning of Via della Badia, just north of Donoratico, at km 266.15 on Vecchia Aurelia). No response on mobile number provided. Apartment clean but could be freshened up. Good wardrobe space in main bedroom. Beds reasonably comfortable and quality linen and towels, with complete clean set after 5 days. Kitchen……

“Un ottimo albergo in un'antica villa toscana, con ampi spazi esterni tra giardino, parco e grande corte a mosaico. La camera e il bagno sono spaziosi, luminosi e freschi. si sale lo scalone tra pareti coperte di quadri molto belli. Il personale e i proprietari sanno metterti a tuo agio.”

“Struttura molto curata, pulita e luogo tranquillo. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Ideale per un weekend di relax tra mare e colline.”

“Lovely B&B. Super kind host who made the stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was simple, but phenomenal. Great attention to detail in the apartment and modern bathroom. The location is a bit away from everything with just one restaurant in walking distance. But with a car, you can reach a lot of things in <30 min. ”

“Schön gepflegte Anlage. Ausstattung etwas älter, Küchenausstattung leider etwas dürftig. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde uns z.B. Spülmittel zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Personal kann überwiegend leider kein Englisch, daher ist die Kommunikation eher schwierig. Ansonsten aber sehr freundlich und offen.”
