“We only spent one night and was able to enjoy the grants Grove of the Kings Canyon National park. Concerns that we had: 1. A Beautiful grill was provided, but The propane was empty. The closest propane is 25 miles away. 2. There are no smoke detectors in the unit. Due to the fact that there is an unvented gas heater as well as the water heater in side the cabin… Smoke detectors as well as a carbon monoxide detector should be, and pretty sure legally mandatory. This should be given immediate……

“There is NO place more convenient than this little cabin for a stay near King's Canyon or Sequoia National Park. It's quite literally in the park and while the cabin is over 100 years old, it's been wonderfully renovated to allow for modern conveniences while still retaining it's rustic charm. Wonderfully stocked kitchen, including dishwasher. Modern bathroom (with a heater IN the bathroom so you stay nice and toasty getting out of the shower in the winter! “Lovely and spacious cabin in Kings Canyon Park. We stayed 4 nights in October. The cool nights made the pellet fireplace much appreciated. Plenty of outdoor seating for warmer weather. There’s so much to vist nearby that 3 days was not nearlt enough. We’ll be back.”
