“这次入住感觉差了很多，因为商务需要，每半年会入住一次，而我们每次都会需要家庭套房。这次家庭房餐具，锅，面包烤箱都没能提供，生活很不方便，关键还有臭虫，使我们几晚没睡好，后来与前台交涉，才换了房。另外在在结算时，与我预订的价格不和，经过交涉后，再把多收的款退回，所以整体感觉不好，希望以后有所改进，不要再出现臭虫了，太可怕了。”
