“We had a couple of glitches with the stay but Jake was extremely attentive and fixed everything. I stay in ABQ many times per year and will continue to seek out Jake and his properties for my stays here.”

“Everything was perfect! The host was responsive to our questions and helpful in providing spices, ice and directions to the property. The beds were comfortable as were the living room and dining room furniture. There were books for reading and puzzles for working. The yard was fenced for our small dog and the decor was great. We definitely will return again when our travels bring us to the area. Highly recommend.”

“Property was very nice. Greeted personally by a property manager to review the house which was a nice touch. Well equipped and had lots to offer. The only thing was that the family room was "sunken" and required the use of 4-5 steps to get to the kitchen, game room and bedrooms. Not an issue for most but there were a few over 70 who were not fans of the steps. Other than that, house was very nice and property manager was very responsive - went above and beyond to ensure we immediately had……

“This rental was exactly as advertised. Clean, efficient, spacious, and came with just about anything we needed. There were a lot of supplies (unused or unopened) left from previous guests like paper goods or bathroom supplies, detergent pods that worked well.The TV streaming was great as well. We were able to access our personal steaming channels with little issue after a system reboot. The A/C and ceiling fans kept things at a very pleasant temperature as well. Great communication with the property manager. I appreciated that we were able to check in slightly earlier than listed since we arrived earlier in the day.
