“Cabin was been nicely decorated and kept. The owner was very responsive. My only complaint would be hair from a pet or human I found on a pillow and a towel, but nothing too serious. The washer almost ate my clothes but that was a risk I took knowing it wasn’t the best after chatting with the owner. The place is centrally located in SLC, however it is located in an RV park which was not advertised. It wasn’t a problem but simply wasn’t advertised. Overall it was a great place.”

“The house was well appointed and had plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views of nature. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The upstairs has a nice set up with two bedrooms / two baths and its own living room and mini bar / kitchen. We highly recommend this home!”

“We loved our stay, the accommodations, and the location. I appreciate the communication from the management team. We came prepared with a 4x4 truck, Three-Peak Mountain SnowFlake (3PMSF) rated tires, snow chains, and winter mountain experience. The snow in Big Cottonwood Canyon is legit. Come prepared and enjoy the deep Utah POW ! ! !”

“The Ivy Cottage is a great place to stay while visiting SLC. The cottage has everything one would need. Although we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked. Hosts were easy to work with and were very considerate (they even provide some treats, which were much appreciated). We were skiing and this location was great as it was very close to the slopes (10 minutes from Alta or Snowbird). The views were fantastic and setting was very peaceful. Would have loved to see the garden as one can……

“From the pictures we fell in love and i was in contact with Randy from before booking. He was the best we have ever dealt with. So helpful and friendly. He even allowed us to have things sent to the house for our son that we forgot at home that he needed for his archery tournament. Once we arrived we were in awe of the views and Randy walked us thru everything. The kids enjoyed the pool every day and we enjoyed the outdoors, the grill and just being together. "The hotel’s floor soundproofing is terrible. The thumping sounds from people walking upstairs and next door are like thunder. I was rudely awakened before 10 a.m. by a staff member knocking on the door, wanting to come in and clean the room. The funniest part is, when I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. to check in, I found someone in the room I was given. Fortunately, the room had a safety lock on the inside. Of course, when I went back to get a new room, the lady in that room also went to complain."
