“The night clerk was very nice and helpful. The bed in room 219 leaves much to be desired. It slooped downward and toward the middle. The sink had a large crack in it. You should also provide rubber bath mats for handicapped guests. The clerk did provide us with additional towels to use as mats. ”

“Excellent as always with the exception of the music. Until the bar closed at 1 am you could hear and feel the base vibrations. There also needs to be a sign posted next to no smoking to include Marijuana. It reeked in the hall. Very nice otherwise ”

“We loved our stay. A couple childhood friends and I gathered for an annual reunion trip, and we could not have picked a better spot. Not too much of a drive from Grand Rapids and we thoroughly enjoyed the ping pong, hot tub, and ice fishing. Matt and Kari were great hosts. Highly recommend.”
