“The cottage was super cute , we loved watching the horses across the street on the porch swing! Also a great location nice and close to both Brevard and Hendersonville. Our hosts were very responsive and everything was wonderful. We will definitely be back!”

“The cottage was exactly as described by the host - relaxing, private, less than 6 miles to dining and shopping in Brevard. Lots of waterfalls and hiking trails nearby. We really enjoyed the outdoor amenities at the cottage - hot tub, movie screen, and mountain views from the deck. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and there was a gas grill. The host thought of everything we needed to make us feel at home - plenty of towels, bath robes!, throws on the sofa, coffee pods and tea bags, TP……

“My wife and I stayed at the Horse Farm Cottage for three weeks so we became very familiar with the house, the grounds and the owner. In summary, we were VERY PLEASED and would stay here again with no hesitation.The owner has devoted a lot of time to the comfort of the guests as the beds were very comfortable, with many pillow choices, plenty of soft towels, books and local information brochures. The kitchen was well stocked; not once did we say, “they don’t have one of these kitchen items.” The……

“My husband and I stayed for the weekend to celebrate our 21st anniversary. The cottage is located on a farm. The farm land is beautiful! We loved sitting on the porch of the cottage. The cottage itself is so pretty. The hosts Gina and Kevin thought of everything that you might could need. The small details are so important and they did great with this. It felt like a home away from home. We would recommend this Vrbo to anyone! We will definitely be back! ”
