不满意：住宿条件和设施，员工和服务
I attempted to check in early, even suggesting paying an additional fee at quarter to one on my check-in day and the front desk who I was talking to in person said that they had no rooms available and there was not one car in the parking lot and I already had a reservation and I needed to get my mother to the hospital And have the room set up for her return I get to the hospital for a doctors appointment and they were gonna release my mother and I had to get back there and have her set up and ready to go when we returned explaining that in an email a day prior even getting no response. When she told me that there was nothing she could do there’s no way she could get a room ready I asked her if I could then cancel the reservation. She said sure no problem and she did a few things on the computer like three or four swipes and then I said is that going back on my card she said yes it should and there’s been no indication that there’s been any kind of refund or return of any sort And requesting a response to this comment in getting my refund. Thank you, kindly.
