“4 adults and 1 and 3 year old enjoyed our stay. The hosts live in the top level and were very friendly. The property is beautiful, with gardens, a playground and a large yard. The house had everything you need, lots of towels and kitchen supplies. Beds are comfortable. 25 minute drive to Cooperstown. ”

“We stayed here for my 12 year old son's Cooperstown Dreams baseball tournament. It was a great house! The bedroom downstairs was perfect for my 70 year old parents, and another large bed upstairs was perfect for us, and one more bedroom for the kids. The office was great, so I could work while I was there. Love that the owners renovated the house while maintaining authenticity, including the quirks, of the nearly 200 year old house. So perfect!”

“Older home in what seemed like an iffy neighborhood (I have never been to Utica prior to this trip so do not know the areas at all just going by how it appeared to me). I took a chance on this new listing because it checked a lot of boxes. Two bedrooms, kitchen, competitively priced, not far from where we had to go for a sports tournament. A day or two before arrival I still had not received check in instructions so I messaged the host. He was quick to respond and the directions were……
