The apartment is cozy, nicely updated, and very clean- good for family of 6. There were some condiments which was very helpful to have on hand. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee pot (filters and coffee), toaster, cooking and eating utensils, plates, cups, mugs, frying pans and pots, aluminium foil, paper towels and dishwashing soap. Bathroom had facial tissue, extra roll of toilet paper and trash bag, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. The unit has ac in the living room and bedrooms. There are also pool noodles, camp chairs, a cooler, boogie boards and beach towels to use. The appliances worked well. The view is great from the upstairs terrace. Furniture is covered to protect it from rain so that it’s ready to use. Pool was clean and property well surveilled (security guard checked for our guest wrist bands). The gate passes worked well to get onto the premises and the electronic apartment door keypad was convenient. No issues with two parking spots. The property is quiet and you can hear the coqui frogs as well as spot some small lizards which we loved. The wifi was a little spotty in the bedrooms but worked perfectly fine in the living room/kitchen area. The closest beach was Playa Los Machos which has a lot of coconut fibers, wasn’t packed with people, and has very friendly stray dogs which people feed as they visit. Amy is professional and makes it easy to know what is expected to care for the Vrbo before you leave.
