The property was just as described, a wonderful , quiet community, very clean, equipped with everything our family needed in a home away from home and of course my son enjoyed the treats she left out for us. “They reach out to you several times to make sure everything is OK even when they could not reach me they make sure every way possible for me to get the messages . Clean place cozy. My only recommendation would be for a more convenient gate to open as you enter.. Also a sign right in front of the gate with the properties name because at first, I had a hard time to find the entrance.”

“I didnt like check in. They had all my info basically doubled down and asked for even more. The ID + face shot was just weird. I do that for sportsbook only, have no clue why a hotel would design the same. Still really didnt like that while the owner manger did indeed pick up my call, she wouldnt give me the gate code... something short of had to demand it after 15 minutes. “We had an absolutely amazing time. The house was extremely cozy and fully stocked with everything you need for the beach, as well as a fully stocked kitchen to cook a good meal. We loved the golf cart to get around the premises. It was a secure community. Princess was very responsive and communicative. Would definitely come and stay at this property again.”

“Had a great stay, condo was neat and clean with all items needed for day to day living. The only things we had issues with was the a/c unit in the master bedroom stoppped working the last two days so it was a little humid/warmer in the room.we left the fans on to help, and there wasn’t a beach entry due to the boulders/rocks that lined the one beach area to the left of the property. But all in all it was a nice stay. ”

“We loved staying here!”

“Cute little place just a short distance from the beach. Most evenings we could walk into town along the beach to grab food or drinks. You can also easily walk to Luquillo beach and kioskos from here without the need of a car, if you don’t mind a walk. At low tide you can walk the beach all the way!Budget friendly and clean. Would stay here again, if in Luquillo.”

“Stayed here as we explored Old San Juan and the north east. A bit of a drive to go to San Juan. Definitely spend an entire day or two there. Clean, comfortable. Nice place. Quiet”

The location is exactly what was said a place nestled in the heart of the rainforest surrounded by a running river with falls right outside your window. “We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The location was unbeatable just steps from a peaceful private beach, where we often felt like we had the ocean all to ourselves. We loved being able to walk to great local restaurants which made evenings out super convenient and fun. At night, the sound of the coqui frogs was absolutely magical, and added to the charm of the whole experience and island. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing……

“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I will definitely recommend stay here for the beach view and relaxation. The ocean front view is 10/10, Hospitality is 8/10. Overall experience including room service and cleaning is like a 7.5/10. My bed sheets had some stain, and when I order room service, instead of a proper full experience room service cart, They just gave us like to go boxes and some plastic forks and spoons, I kinda was expecting a more formal luxury room service experience. "
