Die Lage des Anwesens ist einfach fantastisch, ein herrlicher Blick auf's Meer, kurze Wege zum Meer und zur Altstadt (ca. 5 - 10 Min. mit dem Auto) und das alles in einer absolut ruhigen Wohnlage mit tollem……

From the solid oak trim and doors with heavy iron locks, to beautiful tile work throughout and a huge courtyard that invites your morning caffè or evening glass of wine.
