"All staff and guests alike were very very friendly. The bar area was always lively but not too loud. The location was perfect! Dining spots, grocery store and anything else u could think of all in walking distance. I would highly recommend the Brownwood hotel. You won’t be disappointed!"

"The house was furnished with everything you may need during your stay. Most importantly, Kevin (our host), was so hospitable and available for any questions we had. He even spent time with us when we first arrived and showed us all the main cart paths with the golf cart. To top it off, he arranged ..."
