“Great apartment to stay in! It gave my friends and I some extra space and rooms compared to getting a hotel. Was also less expensive than the hotel for the weekend we were staying. Theres an option to purchase parking, we chose to do street parking and had no issues with finding a spot. The 24/7 conceirge was quick and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The property is nice, and conveniently located with many restaurants within walking distance as well as The Majestic Theater venue. The apartment complex itself does smell of marijuana a bit, but it’s not offensive or strong. The apartment itself smells fine. We all enjoyed our stay and would return for future trips! ”

“This loft was exactly what I needed—peaceful, spacious, and full of character. The building has that old Detroit charm with big windows, exposed brick, and the most incredible old-school elevator I’ve ever used. It feels like something out of a film, with double doors you close by hand—loud, creaky, and full of soul. Honestly, it should be illegal to ever replace it. That elevator is a relic of the past, and it gives the whole building its heart. The loft itself was clean, warm, and surprisingly……
