“Very nice place. Pictures don't do it justice. Neighborhood seems to be transitioning. The only issue we had were ants. Went to dinner and came back to ants allover the master bath. In our toothbrushes and in other items left out. the owners said they had it sprayed previously but it was just nature. Had it sprayed and left some raid for the ants. ”

“Tornados & bad weather struck 3 hours after we arrived in Perry. The whole town was without power until 2 or 3am the next day. We made the best of it by finding some candles in the house & made a little party out of it. The rest of the week was fun. Morel hunting, fishing on Mark Twain Lake & the Salt River. The people in the area were all so nice. We will definitely be back sometime. Thank you Greg & Chris! Cool place to hang out for a week.”

“An amazing property with lots of room for a small family gathering. Private setting with ample parking for boat and trailer. Loved the decor complete with plenty of amenities! Perfect location for hiking and stargazing. Mark Twain Lake is a five minute drive.”

“Family gathered from east, west, and middle US for my father’s memorial and stayed in several different places. This was a joyous gathering as he had lived a good long life leaving us with many happy memories to share. We had Saturday dinner at Indigo house which easily accommodated the 25-30 of us for a pot luck buffet of bbq burgers, salmon and oven baked short ribs finished on the grill. The huge table and long benches really made a difference as we brought a bench and kitchen chairs to the……

“A positive for this home is its location. Negative for this place is its location. It’s great because you can walk to restaurants, bars, museums, and the river. The negative about the location is that it’s right on a busy highway. Less than 10 feet from the road. Unfortunately loud construction was also being done right across the highway. The host was very accommodating to our needs. They were able to program our heating system from their phone as we could not make any changes on the property..……

“Perfect cabin for a family vacation. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. The deck with fire pit table was great for coffee on a chilly morning. Our only regret is that we didn't get to spend more time here since we were celebrating a friend's birthday at a nearby campground. ”
