“This house was great for our family & there were lots of nice touches, like the playground in the yard, the board games & cookies, and all the lights and decorations. Our kids also loved the jetted tub! The beach is a short walk away and there's a community center down the block with a larger playground and tennis courts. Perfect spot for families like ours!”

“House is in the best location, a mile from Ocean Beach Park, full of privacy with great view. We had very good time and we will definitely come back. It was clean and as described. Minor things needs to be looked at is the AC which is not very powerful but it's not the end of the world and the fact that there is no hood above the range make the house smoky if you want to cook something because you can't open any window. Overall, we are very happy for staying here!!!”

“We stayed here over Easter while visiting our son at the Coast Guard Academy. After staying in New London multiple time, it was really nice to explore Niantic. The house was so cozy and very well stocked. We enjoyed sitting by the firepit. The beach at the end of the road was a quick walk, and my kids loved using the scooter and bikes that were available. Host was receptive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!”
