“All the crew of the hotel is great, nice and helpful. Especially the madam (receptionist) spent a lot of time introducing the whole environment and restaurants to us. I really like her attitudes toward job.”

“We choose this property because it had a sauna and pool but everything was closed and not available for use. They should state in season only if they shut it down. Property is dated but was very clean. Beds were not comfortable but none of the beds in Germany were comfortable ”

“Wir waren für einen kurzen Tapetenwechsel für zwei Tage in der Pension. Ziel: Entspannung bei Sauna, Swimmingpool, Massage und einem guten Buch. Wir konnten alles so umsetzen und sind daher sehr zufrieden. Die Besitzer und das Personal im Gastro-/Massagebereich sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! “Great room, awesome breakfast, kind service”

“We had a nice stay at the hotel. Location is great. It’s right next to the train station and Flix Bus stop. Breakfast is very good. However, one elevator (total 2) wasn’t working for 2 days out of the 3 days during our stay. Guests had to walk up and down stairs. I did inform the front desk staff that our room phone is not working on the very first day we checked in but they didn’t really care and never bother to fix it. It will be nice if some front desk staff could be more patient and friendly……
