“O Icon é fantástico! E tem funcionário brasileiro! Todo mundo muito simpático e prestativo. Os quartos virados pra cordilheira tem uma vista cinematográfica. O Café da manhã é delicioso! Consegue ser melhor que a vista! Mas NADA é melhor do que o bar do rooftop! É um ponto turístico. ”

“I enjoyed the SPA the staff was incredibly friendly, but the tile for the floor is very slippery. The breakfast was also spectacular. The only downside was the limited option to check out later in the day and I was told by my UN Colleagues that the ID was sufficient to obtain the UN rate and that was not true according to the front desk. This is definately a place I will return.”

“It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard.”
