“This is a perfect accommodation if you are dropping your son/daughter off at Roger Williams or any of the neighboring schools. It was clean. It’s in a good neighborhood with secure parking and the uber driver had no problem finding it. The host was flexible and polite. The accommodations are true to fit; it is a tiny house and uses space very efficiently and it was perfect for evenings and relaxing. Access to beds was up a ladder and sleeping was very, very comfortable”

“This place was absolutely amazing. Not only was the rv clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need the property is breathtaking. Frank the owner came out to greet us and show us the ropes. What a truly amazing couple him and his wife were. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. “Check in was ok. Owner was very responsive and let us check in early. There was a problem with the lock but that was taken care of within minutes. Kitchen was modern and beautiful, no coffee pods or sugar or creamer which would have been nice for an overnight stay.Bath towels were tiny and the bath matts were sketchy. Bathroom and shower were clean.The issue: 64 steps to the apartment, some extremely steep. No way we were getting a suitcase up those stairs. We threw essentials in a bag and……

“We really enjoyed staying here. It was clean and easy to find. The beds didn’t look very comfortable, but we were pleasantly surprised, they were very comfortable! The only negative thing I could think about is that the washing machine was very noisy. Our overall experience was very pleasant, and if we would ever be in that vicinity again, we would stay there again in a heartbeat! ”

“Place was comfy, spacious and quiet. There are 2 living area for you to kickback, enjoy and watch some TV. My partner and I enjoyed our stay. There's plenty of parking space on the property and off street parking. Only couple minutes from downtown Providence, which made it supper easy for us to go visit.
