“The glamp site was really comfortable to sleep in. There a fan which helped keep us cool at night. It was a really pretty site with the tents, string lights and jungle behind us. The restaurant on site wasn't bad. We had dinner there one night. The staff was really friendly and it was only about 20 mins drive to semuc champey. We flagged a tuk tuk from the street. “The property is really beautiful and the tours and guides are excellent. The downfall is the questionable hiring of some staff. We arrived late (after check in closed) due to poor road conditions and were trying to contact the hotel to relay that and the women on the phone (Julia I believe?) was incredibly rude and unprofessional basically stating we could not get into the facilities if we arrived after midnight. The owner Gabriel was super helpful and patient with us when we arrived late due to car trouble. We were greeted so warmly with a delicious welcome tea and a great family dinner.
