“We have stayed for one night with my family. Room is little bit aged but still keep in good condition. 3 minutes drive to the Halls Gap town and fully equipped kitchen. Host is very nice and pre-heat the room before we arrive. He also show me the alpacas at the farm in the next day morning.”

“Loved the kangaroos. A pic of them posing was literally taken into consideration when looking for a place. As other reviews stated AC was in living room. Bedroom got hot when doors closed. Bathroom was good. Plenty of beds to choose. Kitchen was welcome though we didny get to use. We we disappointed we didnt get to stick around longer to enjoy the place and amenities.”

“This is a really fabulous place to stay. It has a fabulous setting next to a small lake with kangaroos coming right up to the chalets. It's an easy walk to the Halls Gap town centre. You can start several bushwalks from the chalets with many others only a short drive away. The chalets are well equipped and comfortable with good wifi and mobile phone reception.”

“Was a great place except we got the spa studio and when it got turned on heaps of dirty brown stuff came out the jets and floated around. Wasn’t very nice to see”

“We cannot recommend this property highly enough. Perfect central location in a quiet street and easy walking for all Halls Gap amenities. Host Tara was delightful to deal with and very responsive, we extended our stay over the Aust Day weekend with no issue at all. The house is generously stocked with all requirements for a very comfortable stay. Fantastic outdoor areas, front and back of house and lots of wildlife visitors. HG is very dry and with the recent fires as well, the garden is a bit……

“The cottage was beautiful and clean and had literally everything we could have imagined. Deb even left bread, milk, jam and chocolates for us on arrival. We stayed for three nights and thought it was just a gorgeous little getaway from the city. Communication with Deb was top notch and she even mailed back a couple of little baby onesies we accidentally left behind. Amazing stay and service, thank you so much!”
