“The apartment is great. Not too cramped, well thought out. It is always amazing to me to see how New Yorkers live. Most times their spaces are small so they have to be creative with storage, etc. This place showed that, the wardrobes were helpful to have, it gave all of us a place to store our things. There was a bottle of wine and some cold water which left for us. That was really nice. We usually come prepared to do a thorough cleaning, but the place was cleaned well. Such a plus! The owners……

“This place had a very nice set up and was super clean. The host was the best!!! I had a problem with the code multiple times and she was on it! She had someone that took cared of it right away. She also drove out so late to change the code because it was not cooperating. The nicest lady and a perfect spot. The entire house as soon as you enter is to par. It's very spacious and comfortable. “It was cute and close to Yankee Stadium ”

“This was not what was shown for it to be. The couch was not as pictured it was a love set with terrible comfort only fit two people. The freezer in small fridge picture showed a full fridge the fire alarm did not have a battery in it no fire extinguisher in area. No towels for kitchen or hot pads or wash clothes for bathroom. Chairs and bench in dining room were terribly uncomfortable to sit on just plastic. Bars on windows doors for bedrooms had locks on inside. We had to spend 265.00……

“I chose this apartment for its location primarily and it was a hit. Since we were traveling and staying for two weeks with a toddler and a new baby I was looking for it to also have an outdoor space, and it was wonderful as seen in the pictures. For personal reasons I had to change my dates a few days before my booking was coming up, the hosts had no problem to accommodate my needs. During our stay, we even had the opportunity to meet the neighbor next door and visit her garden. The neighborhood……
