“Difficile à trouver cet hébergement, car c’est un couvent ? donc pas d’indication extérieur. Les sanitaires communs, dortoir froid et pratiquement à la cave ? ”

“Struttura buona per persone che sanno arrangiarsi e che amano vivere la vacanza in modo molto semplice. Troviamo assolutamente disdicevole il posteggio da parte del personale nella salitina che conduce dentro all'albergo e che impedisce agli ospiti di accedere agevolmente alla struttura quando in particolar modo arrivano con i bagagli”

“La propreté au Chalet Della Guida est impeccable, tant le linge que la vaisselle et la salle de bain. Nous avons été bien reçu malgré un problème au niveau de la réservation (notre enfant n'avait pas été reporté dans la réservation, ni les petits déjeuners). Nous avons profité du billard présent dans la salle commune en soirée pour de bonnes parties en famille. Le seul point négatif, c'est la qualité du matelas qui s'avère très mou et sur ressors. Les gros gabarits risquent le mal de dos au……

“When we arrived I was not on the best as there speared to be little snow,the room was too small and dark. They provided a lamp. The following day we skied the staff were great the bar and lounge perfect with great singer. I have decided to take my family back as is in a perfect position. The garden rooms need a light apart from that Great Hotel. ”

“The Hotel has a nightclub under one part which is not owned by the hotel. I was kept awake until 4am the first night, and 3am the second night. When I asked to move rooms the staff apologised, it is a known issue and effects the entire hotel... I have no idea how you can continue to rent rooms in a hotel where the guests can't sleep... We were moved to the far end of the hotel... and I was still forced to sleep with headphones on. The only saving grace of this hotel is the very nice staff,……

“We stayed at Hotel Alvanche in Sauze D’Oulx for our honeymoon, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious, with a lovely balcony offering stunning views. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, with a great variety of food to suit all tastes. It set us up perfectly for a day of skiing. The hotel’s heated boot room was an excellent feature, ensuring our skis and boots were dry and ready to go……
