“Not clean or new enough”

“这是一家不会再去住的酒店，以下个人体验供参考。 当初预订的时候，听名字和看图片觉得还不错，最主要地理位置非常好。入住时打开房门的一瞬间懵了！感觉时光穿越了，空调是拨盘的那种，房间没有灯光调节，就床头两盏灯，海信的电视机没有卫星电视，还配了一个家用机顶盒，电视机也看不了，家具陈旧，没有淋浴房，只有一个浴缸，还冷热水需要自己转，最诡异就是卫生间门上装一面大镜子，晚上看到吓死人了！ 据说是西安最早的五星级酒店，但都21世纪了，快捷酒店和民宿都比它强，难怪这么大一个酒店，住了几天一个人都没看到过。”

“The staff were nice and helpful, and the location is excellent, situated in a quiet courtyard with enhanced security. However, the wallpaper and wooden furniture in the room appear to be aging.”

“房間與原先訂的不符,原本訂了大床房,卻給了雙床房,要經一輪理論及給予原先訂的房間資料,才不願意地更换,但換了一間三人房(,一張大床及一張單人床)。但房間原先綱上的尺寸是22坪,但到埗後所有房間約得13至15坪左右,但给我的房間是有兩張床(ㄧ大,ㄧ細),令房間更加感覺無空間。房間設備非常簡單,三條浴巾,一部電視,ㄧ個電水壺。只住了二天。退房時無問原因,只説餘下三天的住宿费不會退回。服務員態度非常不禮貌。甚麽都與她無關。是綱站騙了我們。令人氣憤。”

“Good Hotel, perfect spot. Best location in all of Xi'an I'd say. Breakfast was not for Foreigners :) (only Asian style)”

“電視機每天都收看不到。熱水弱，要開很久才够熱。床單每天都不換。房間連水都要錢買。設備非常不足，連雪櫃都無，什麼桑拿都是沒有的。”

“Perfection. Perfect location, lovely room in a stunning courtyard and garden. Staff were super friendly and gave me advice on getting around (and gave me lots of water as they were worried about me on my long onward train ride!)”

“The staff were accommodating. Not suitable for children. Dirty and run down. I have slept in worse so it is what you pay for. Booked a deluxe double room with ensuite. Received a room with 4 bunks and a shared bathroom. Squatting toilet & shower over toilet. I chose this place because of locality, by Shaolin Temple.I won't be booking here again.”
