The yard was very large for our three-year-old granddaughter to play in. The location was absolutely idea and easily within walking distance to restaurants, the mall and many other things.”

Just FYI, there is no W/D on-site here, that is in the listing but I didn’t think to check. The house was well stocked with all the kitchen essentials, the place was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the house layout worked well for our family. We loved getting to use the tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. What a bonus! This place is a true gem in the heart of Nacogdoches.”

“The Lumberjack Hideaway is a gem! For me being an alumni the fact that it shares a parking lot with Butcher Boys is a super bonus! That was in no way an issue for parking at the house, there is a driveway for the house. The house is very accommodating with 3 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. It is centrally located - Butcher Boys (food), downtown (3 mins away), liquor store (30 second walk), campus (5 minutes), Kroger grocery store (4 minutes).The purple room is a nice touch with ping pong table……
