“The dishwasher was broken and they had a sign framed so maybe its been a while. The pullout was broken too. It was a cute little house and we fit well with only 3 of us. The train goes by late at night and early in morning. I'm sure you get used to it if you live there. There was some ice in front of door so we were worried about slipping. Overall it was nice.”

“We had 8 adults and 12 children. The kids loved riding their scooters on the indoor floor. Kitchen was set up to feed everyone easily. We were lucky to get snow on our arrival however the two mini vans had a hard time making it up the snowy hill. Overall we had a great time. ggreat time ”

“We loved staying at this property. It was welcoming and clean upon arrival and the view from the dining room table was perfection. We played some of the provided board games and it felt isolated but was only 5 minutes from town. The owner was quick to respond and we had a wonderful trip. Highly recommend ”

“We had a great stay over the extended weekend. Home is beautiful and centrally located for the Lava area. Close to hot springs, river, skiing and the great outdoors. Our host (Jess) was responsive to anything we needed or brought up. We will definitely be staying again when we're in town!”

“This would be our seventh stay at this beautiful home with all ladies and it’s a perfect spot for playing cards, eating good meals, and playing in the snow. “Everything about the apartment is lovely and well managed, full privacy and separate access. But check out required us to take the trash to their private bins clear around the front of the house on the driveway. No Walkway. Access was icy and steep, clearly a liability issue. Privacy gone, i passed every window of your home. I don’t want to drag bags of trash up an icy road across your property slipping and almost Falling in my Nikes (NEEDED SNOW BOOTS). Either plow and salt a walkway or have……

“We arrived in Lava Hot Springs just before 4:00 p.m. and drove straight to the property at 42 Ivy, Lava Hot Springs. The yard was shaded and everything looked inviting and like "home". We got settled in and started dinner. The oven pilot light would start. We worked and worked on it. Finally we called the number on the front window and reached a party.
