“我覺得真心很失望，網站上寫離購物中心很近，但是附近幾乎可以說是沒什麼商店，也沒什麼餐廳。此外，櫃檯人員感覺是憑心情出現在服務台的，所以就算是他們寫他們在櫃檯的時間，櫃檯也沒有人，更糟糕的是，他們的大廳也直接鎖起來，寄放行李什麼的根本就不可能。此外，app上寫說提供盥洗用品，但是房間內只有洗碗精跟洗手乳，我事先問過吹風機，所以我知道沒有吹風機，但是沒有沐浴乳和洗髮精真的造成很大的困擾，我還特別去問了櫃檯，櫃檯叫我自己去買，但是附近唯一一間商店沒開，最近的一間商店要走至少半個小時，我覺得離譜至極。地方很偏僻，有高爾夫球場，但是沒有任何商店，連uber eats都叫不到，我真的很傻眼。”

“This self-service hotel didn't send me the key code of the room the time they supposed to be!! Neither through my email nor SMS. I had WiFi and I was waiting until 3:20 pm in vain.
