“staff very nice and helpful”

“My family of six stayed here and we were really impressed. The hotel is new, it just opened the day before we checked in so everything was brand new and very clean. They provide toiletries at the front desk for free, including laundry detergent. The only downside was the washer dryer combo took a long time to dry the clothes which is to be expected when it’s a combo. Close to convenience stores and train station and walkable to GINZA six, about 20 min walk. ”

“房內有家用洗衣乾衣機、無線吸塵機、雪櫃、微波爐、電池爐連煮食工具都非常之齊備，房間裝飾很有家的感覺，員工亦非常親切，非常值得讚許👍地點就在鐵路旁，無法避免的是每次有電車經過都會有嘈雜聲音，但還是可以接受的範圍.”

“Spacious new hotel - great design and again … very spacious! Comfortable for 4 people - has kitchen and a washer/dryer that works great. It is a serve yourself, so no restaurant etc. Area is quiet, more like a business district. 15 mins walk from tokyo station. You can reach 2 metro lines - a bit of a walk. Ginza main shopping area is also walkable. 7/11 across the street. Again- brand new, opened on april 24th 25.”
